Fremont Anniversary Session | Las Vegas Wedding Photographer

Mia reached out to me saying she wanted to surprise her husband, Mike, with a Fremont Anniversary Session. They were on the last leg of their honeymoon, I knew this was going to be good Vegas shoot. These two are both teachers (yes, the coolest ones you’ve ever met). And celebrating their first year of marriage in the most Vegas way possible felt just right.

They showed up looking straight out of an Old Hollywood dream.

Mia in an off-the-shoulder white mini dress with soft ruching and the perfect statement heels. Then Mike in a classic black velvet suit jacket that was vibey and elevated. Together, they brought that perfect mix of glam and fun that fits downtown Vegas like a glove.

We started the evening walking hand in hand past the iconic vintage marquees. The city buzzing around them as the lights started to glow. Fremont is full of character! From the retro “Love Looks Good On You” sign to the shimmer of El Cortez Hotel. Shooting here always reminds me why I love being a Las Vegas wedding photographer.

And these two were total naturals in front of the camera! Laughing, stealing kisses between frames, and honestly just vibing with every moment of their Fremont Anniversary Session.

Because this is Vegas, of course we had to make a few fun stops. We popped into a casino for some flirty shots at the slot machines (where, yes, they may or may not have forgotten there was a camera involved). We grabbed drinks, and soaked in the full Vegas experience. Then we headed over to Atomic Liquors for a little breather. We finished out the night in true Vegas style: under the neon glow of the famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign.

It’s impossible not to feel the energy there. Every time a couple shows up in wedding attire, the crowd turns into your personal cheering section. Mia and Mike got rounds of applause, hoots, and “congrats!” from complete strangers. Which only added to the magic of it all.

There’s something so pure about being surrounded by that joy. The whole city rooting for your love story.

Sessions like this are what I love most about being a photographer. The eclectic experience that only Vegas can give you. You don’t have to be getting married here to capture it. Whether it’s an Fremont anniversary session, a honeymoon stop, a true elopement, or just an excuse to get dressed up and wander downtown…  there’s something about these lights that makes everything feel like a celebration.

So if you’ve ever thought about a Vegas shoot but weren’t sure if it’s you, let this be your sign (literally). Dress up, grab a drink, and let’s make some magic under the neon lights.
