“A long overdue review for Katelyn! I reached out to her when my now husband and I first decided to tie the knot. Not having specific ideas/a plan/ location etc (and my mind rolling a million miles a minute) I had reached out to her for general pricing etc. Although we opted for a local wedding Katelyn went OVER and beyond to offer support, suggestions and some general ideas if we were to wed in a Vegas etc. Over the year that transpired I felt like I became friends with someone who I had never even met via IG; Katelyn is genuinely so friendly and kind (also cool cat mom). When my husband and our then plans got cancelled due to the pandemic I reached out to Katelyn again (a year later) and she jumped in and saved the day. She shot our elopement at the Little White Chapel; we love our images so much… it was such a beautiful day that we now have beautifully captured images to cherish forever. Thank you so much Katelyn!”
Paige and Matt originally inquired with me in… *checks notes* – May 2019! From her first email, we bonded over our cats and the Parks n Rec gifs that were on my website. Planning their Las Vegas elopement got put on hold, and when they reached out again in 2020, I was booked for their date. Cue the saddest I’ve ever been to have to send referrals.
But then… I had a cancellation (which, BUMMER) and became available to photograph their elopement! I reached out excited to let them know that if they hadn’t booked with anyone else yet, I was available! Alas, about a year and a half after her initial inquiry, we were able to finally make it official!
We started their day at A Little White Chapel, and took some fun portraits there after the ceremony. Then, we all hopped into a party bus and headed to Fremont Street for more portraits! We popped some champagne and biodegradable confetti with their family and friends, then I got to photograph just the two of them. As expected, I had SUCH fun hanging out with and photographing these two!
