If you’re engaged and dreaming up a Vegas wedding that feels equal parts iconic and effortless… you’ve probably wondered how to get married at a Little White Chapel. Not only is it one of the most famous chapels in the world, they also do not have a photography fee + accept walk-ups (although I recommend booking in advance).
The LWC is fun. It’s fast. And it has that ICONIC Vegas charm that never goes out of style.

I photograph here often, and every single time it is magical. It literally never gets old.
So! Whether you’re planning ahead or deciding on a whim, this might just be the place for you.
But first, let’s chat about how to get married at a Little White Chapel. Because after dozens of weddings here, I’ve got the scoop to make it easy for you!

Why Couples Love This Iconic Location:
There’s something about this chapel that just works. It’s every inch Vegas-coded and it’s a no-pressure environment. Which a lot of my couples are looking for.
Plus, you can dress it up or keep it casual. Both feel like they belong here.

So first things first: do you need a reservation?
Yes and no.
The chapel technically does allow for walk-ups, but if you’re planning your elopement ahead of time I really recommend booking the space. This will also allow you to add-on spaces like the pink Cadillac or Tunnel of Love (like this elopement here!)
This chapel is also extremely popular. So if you have a special date in mind, make sure you make a reservation HERE.

One of the best parts about getting married at the LWC is how many options you have. You can truly make it your own.
You can see their full menu option here, but here’s a rundown of some of the areas I love as a Las Vegas wedding photographer:
The Classic Indoor Chapel
- Classic white chapel setting
- Traditional and intimate feel
- Great for a small guest list
- Air-conditioned (which matters in Vegas!!)

Tunnel of Love Drive-Thru and Pink Cadillac
- Yes, you can literally get married in your car
- Perfect for something fun and spontaneous
- Super quick and memorable
- Makes for fun photos!

Outdoor Gazebo
- Romantic garden-style setting
- Soft, natural light for photos
- Feels a little more private
- Ideal for sunset ceremonies

What to Expect on Your Wedding Day at a Little White Chapel
This is where things get really easy.
You don’t need months of planning unless you want to.
Here’s the basic flow:
- Arrive with your marriage license (they walk you through how to get it here)
- Choose your ceremony package
- Meet your officiant
- Say your vows
- Celebrate!! (A lot of my couples hop over to Fremont Street since it’s so nearby!)
That’s it.
Simple and smooth.
And if you’re bringing a photographer, this place has so many fun photo spots nearby. Neon lights, vintage signs, and that magnetic Vegas energy.

A few tips from a photographer when looking at how to get married at A Little White Chapel:
After spending so much time here, I’ve picked up a few things that help the day go even smoother.
- Go early or later in the evening for better light
- Weekdays are usually less busy
- Bring cash for tips
- Don’t rush. Take a few moments to soak it all in
This experience is quicker than a full wedding day, but it’s still YOUR wedding day.
Let it feel special.
At the end of the day, this is about you two. Not perfection. Not pressure. Just a really fun, memorable way to start your marriage. I might be biased as a Las Vegas wedding photographer, but I truly love the giddy/happy/fun vibes of eloping in a chapel.
