From Rio de Janeiro to Little White Chapel – these two had an epic adventure to celebrate their nuptials! When Ana Carolina and João reached out to say they were planning an elopement as part of their multi-country honeymoon, I already knew we were about to have a damn good time.
These two are from Brazil and have been together for 10 years. They are laid back, joyful, and clearly in it for the long haul. You could just sense the familiarity between them on this day. This marriage was an outcome of their already-established relationship. And as a wedding photographer, this was so much fun to capture!
From Rio de Janeiro to Little White Chapel – these two would follow each other anywhere!
They had a small wedding celebration in Brazil before jetting off to celebrate their love around the world. And yes, you read that right: Vegas was stop one. Tokyo is up next. Honestly? Elopement goals.
Ana Carolina isn’t into rings, so when João proposed, he had necklaces made instead—one for each of them. Personalized. Meaningful. Unique. Just like their story. And it only made sense to keep that energy going with a wedding day that ditched tradition in the best way.
They tied the knot at the LWC —aka one of the most iconic Vegas elopement spots to ever exist. I met them outside under some of the vintage signs. The sun was high, the energy was high, and then… Elvis arrived. (Cue dance party)
Elvis met us out front and these two said their vows in the chapel’s parking lot, under the canopy, surrounded by vintage charm and magic. When they said I Do, Elvis gave a full-on leap kick to celebrate. Because of course he did.
After the ceremony, we got cozy with the classic bubblegum-pink car parked out front (you know the one), and snapped some dreamy just-married portraits before Ana Carolina and João hopped in and drove off like absolute legends.
There’s something so fun about Vegas weddings, nothing has to be perfect, and somehow, that makes it perfect.
These two brought the love, the laughter, and the kind of connection that makes it feel like a movie. It didn’t matter that we were in a parking lot or that the sun was intense. What mattered was the way they looked at each other. 10 years in and still clearly obsessed.

Because this honeymoon isn’t just about seeing the world—it’s about celebrating their story in every corner of it.
