When Pia and Alex reached out to me, I knew their spring mountains elopement was going to be something special. These two have been together for twelve years and engaged for two. They are from Germany and contacted me when they were planning an epic road trip across the USA. One of their dream stops was getting married in Las Vegas.
Their wedding day was the perfect blend of intimate moments and quintessential Vegas fun. We started the day with a beautiful ceremony in the serene Spring Mountains. Alex chose a brown suit and Pia wore a halter neckline, sleeveless gown accented by her gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers. It was the perfect look for their desert wedding. I loved the little touches they added, like her platform heels and heart-shaped sunglasses. It gave their romantic ceremony a hint of Vegas charm. The peacefulness of the mountains, combined with their heartfelt vows, created a magical atmosphere.
Then, it was time for the Vegas part of the celebration. Pia changed into a fabulous second gown, and we headed to the iconic Sure Thing Chapel. They were married by an Elvis impersonator – because what’s a Vegas wedding without a little Elvis charm?! After they said “I Do” in front of the vibrant pink heart wall, we hung out in the rest of the chapel for a bit, making sure to hit the photobooth and iconic bathroom. There were smiles plastered on their faces from the moment we got to the chapel to the moment we left!
As a Las Vegas wedding photographer, I love to share this incredible city with couples from all over the world. Thank you, Pia and Alex, for including me in your USA road trip and allowing me to capture your Spring Mountains elopement. I hope these images bring you right back to your perfect day every time you look at them together in Germany!
