Mary and Memet’s Las Vegas Wedding at The Neon Museum couldn’t have been more perfect. From their ceremony at the Neon Museum to wedding photos on Fremont Street beneath the neon lights, their wedding in Las Vegas was so much fun to photograph! Mary and Memet came to Las Vegas from New York City. Their friends and family traveled from all over to celebrate their wedding day with them in Sin City.

Mary and Memet met in NYC when Memet “slid into” Mary’s DMs. They made it through the pandemic in a studio apartment together with their two cats Tuna and Mr. Williams (who joined later on). Memet proposed to Mary on the trivia app HQ which was wildly popular for a time. Mary says they enjoy going to the movies, eating at the trashiest restaurants, and taking naps. From their first email to me, I knew these two were my kind of people!

Las Vegas Wedding at the Neon Museum
Mary and Memet had their wedding ceremony at The Neon Museum. They wrote their own vows to each other and kept their family and friends laughing during the ceremony. Afterward, we did family photos and husband and wife photos throughout the maze of colorful neon signs.
Fremont Street Wedding Photos
After wrapping up at the Neon Museum, we headed to Fremont Street for more portraits of Mary and Memet. The art murals, the dazzling lights, and the evening Vegas energy made these wedding portraits so fun! They danced their way up and down Fremont.

Sparkler Wedding Entrance
Next, we headed to The Mob Museum for their wedding reception. Mary and Memet kicked off the reception with a Sparkler Entrance! I LOVED this idea! They wanted fun sparkler photos, but they didn’t need photograph coverage for the entire reception. Instead, we did a sparkler entrance when they entered their reception.

Here are a few perks of a sparkler entrance:
- Depending on the time of day, the lighting might be better.
- Your guests likely haven’t had much to drink yet, so you don’t have to worry about drunk people waving sparklers around.
- It’s a unique and fun way to change up the grand entrance into your wedding reception.
- Most of your guests will be there. Guests tend to leave throughout the reception, so often by the end of the night, only a small group of people are left for the sparkler exit.
- And you can end your wedding night without having to gather everyone together for a sparkler exit!

In true Vegas Wedding style, an Elvis impersonator attended the reception and serenaded Mary & Memet and the guests for a time. They danced the night away and enjoyed hanging out with their loved ones! Enjoy a glimpse into Mary and Memet’s Las Vegas Wedding at The Neon Museum!
