As soon as Sarah and Eric inquired with me, I knew we were going to be a match made in heaven. Sarah told me their love story, favorite things, and ideas for their 2022 wedding. I’ll save those juicy details for the wedding blog, but for now, let’s talk about their golden hour engagement session in the Las Vegas desert!
This day was WINDY. I can get down with a bit of wind and the magic it can create with hair and dresses and movement in general for a session! This day, however, we’re talking 20 mph winds with gusts up to 50-60 mph. It was a tad excessive. I contacted Sarah to give the option to reschedule, but we decided to stick it out! This ended up being the way to go, because the winds basically halted as soon as their session was about to begin!
Sarah and Eric have summited most of the Spring Mountain peaks, so they wanted to capture the mountain range in their engagement photos. We met at the trailhead and walked a bit before finding the perfect lighting and backdrop, and the session was a blast. These two were up for any crazy prompt I threw their way, and even did some acro yoga! Enjoy some of their fun, casual Las Vegas engagement session photos!
