Sentimental Boston Wedding | Destination Photographer

This Boston wedding was one for the books! I loved every second of their day, you could just feel their love in the air.

But let’s back up a little bit. If you’ve been around here for a bit, you might remember Jen and Zack from their epic Valley of Fire engagement session. These two are the actual best, and when they reached out about having me fly out to Massachusetts for their wedding day, I didn’t even hesitate. It was an immediate YES PLEASE, and this Las Vegas wedding photographer hopped on a plane.

This whole day was the perfect mix of sentimental details, sweet family moments, and so. much. Fun. Sign me up for another Boston wedding asap, please.

We kicked things off with Jen and her girlies getting ready together. The morning was full of those heartfelt moments between good friends who are just so happy about what they’re celebrating. Jen and her mom had matching robes made with lace from her mom’s own wedding dress (cue the tears already). The room was buzzing with excitement, laughter, and a little bit of happy chaos in the best way.

Meanwhile, Zack was getting ready with his guys, finishing those last-minute details and cracking jokes. The perfect calm energy before the big “I do.”

Jen’s wedding dress was timeless and classic. I was obsessed.

Think: long sleeves, delicate lace, and a subtle floral pattern. Her bridesmaids were all in different shades of soft green, and honestly, the whole crew looked like they stepped out of a Pinterest board.

The ceremony for their Boston wedding took place at Blessed Sacrament Church, a stunning Catholic mass filled with emotion. There was this quiet reverence in the air, but also this unmistakable joy. You could feel how excited everyone was for these two.

When Jen walked down the aisle, Zack’s face said it all. (I promise I wasn’t crying, you were crying.)

They shared their first kiss as husband and wife under the warm light of the altar, surrounded by the people who love them most.

After the ceremony, we headed outside for portraits,  and honestly, I get so excited when there’s some real greenery to shoot in since I’m in the desert 99% of the time.

Between the lush trees, soft overcast light, and that vintage black car they brought along (yes, it was as cool as it sounds), it felt like a scene straight out of an old Hollywood movie.

There’s just something about the combination of classic elegance and pure joy that makes portraits like these feel timeless.

Their reception at Spinelli’s was the definition of celebration. So many tears, heartfelt speeches, and the kind of laughter that fills a room. As a wedding photographer, it was my dreammm reception.

One of my FAV moments of this Boston Wedding was when Jen changed into a second dress made from her mom’s wedding gown.

Which might just be one of the most meaningful fashion moments I’ve ever seen. Her dad played the saxophone during the night, guests hit up the cigar bar, and the dance floor stayed full all night long.

Jen and Zack’s day was everything a wedding should be. It was emotional, joyful, and uniquely them. From sentimental family heirlooms to vintage cars and the happiest crowd of friends and family, it was such an honor to capture every second.

Congratulations again, you two!! Thank you for letting me be part of your story!
