Meredith & Mike had a vision for their Downtown Tattoo elopement portraits and, man oh man, did it work out! They wanted portraits done in Vegas because their very first trip together was from here to Zion and they were getting married in Zion the day after this session! How cute is that??
Downtown Tattoo elopement
I’ve gotta say, there’s something really metal about getting a tattoo on your wedding or elopement day. And this isn’t my first couple to get tatted as part of their big day! Check out this session as well for even more wedding tattoo inspiration!
When we got to the parlor, I found out that this was Mike’s very first tat. He was feeling a certain way about it so we promised it wouldn’t hurt that bad. Meredith even did a great job keeping a poker face as she got her tattoo first. But in the end, they were both so happy with the way they turned out!
Little White Wedding Chapel
Our next stop was, of course, the Little White Wedding Chapel for even more iconic photos. This area offers so many incredible photo spots that it’s hard to choose just one. So we didn’t! We hopped around taking as many photos as possible in front of all the iconic signs. Because you can’t come all the way to Vegas and not get a picture in front of a neon sign…
Since they started their wedding adventure with Downtown Tattoo elopement portraits, Meredith and Mike were able to spend more time with their guests when they got married in Zion. I think that’s what you can call a win-win. Kicking everything off at a tattoo parlor really is the way to go. And you’ve gotta check out their instagram for yourself because their artwork is so fun!
