I wanna share with you 5 essential photography softwares I live and breath by! (Seriously, I use these every day!) Because, let’s be real, being a wedding photographer isn’t just showing up with a camera, having fun, and snapping pretty photos of wildly in-love humans (although yes, the job is that amazing). Behind every dreamy gallery and desert elopement is a whole lotta tech keeping this show on the road.
If you’re curious about the apps and software that make this whole business run smoothly—welcome to the backstage pass. Whether you’re a fellow photog or just wondering how the heck I manage thousands of images without losing my mind, you’re welcome here!
When people ask me what I do, and I say “I’m a wedding photographer!”, usually the first thing they picture is me with a camera in hand. Which… is not wrong! But what most people are surprised to hear is that I spend about 75% of my work hours behind a computer!

And these are the 5 Essential Photography Softwares that I can’t live without!!
1. Pic-Time
This is the gallery delivery platform of my dreams. First of all—it’s so pretty (because aesthetics matter, obviously). But beyond the looks, I love that Pic-Time has a built-in print store! Which means you can order prints, albums, and wall art directly from your gallery. EASY. Bonus: their slideshow maker and blog layout tool make it super easy for me to share your story in fun, creative ways.

2. ImagenAI
Okay, confession: I was skeptical about AI editing at first. (Aren’t we all!!) But after locking in my editing style, I gave ImagenAI a try and WHOA. It’s like having a personal editing assistant who actually knows what they’re doing. It gets the tones right, saves me hours of tweaking, and still leaves me room to add those final personal touches. Win-win. This means I can help more couples have their dream day as a Las Vegas wedding photographer.

3. Aftershoot
Imagine having a robot that sifts through thousands of images and tosses out the blurry ones, the ones with closed eyes, and the duplicates. That’s Aftershoot. It literally zooms in on every face in group shots so I can choose the best version without going cross-eyed. It’s basically culling magic and I’m obsessed. Culling is hands down THE most tedious part of being a wedding photographer, and this just makes everything SO smooth!
4. Dubsado
This is the heartbeat of my business. From the second you inquire to the moment you get your final gallery, Dubsado is working behind the scenes. Contracts, questionnaires, invoices, workflows, reminders—I run it all through here. I hand-craft my client’s experience because it’s something SO important to me (seriously, a pillar of my business!) but Dubsado helps me execute everything without losing my mind.
If you wanna try it out, here’s 20% off your first year!
5. Last but not least in our list of 5 essential photography softwares: Notion
Notion is where my brain lives now. It’s my running to-do list, project tracker, idea catcher, and general brain-dump zone. Think of it as my digital notebook but way cooler (and color-coded, obviously). You can get templates for it, or craft each page from scratch. It integrates widgets like calendars or countdowns, so the possibilities are endless.
So there you have it—my behind-the-scenes crew. These tools keep my work flowing, my editing fast, and my client experience chef’s kiss smooth. As I have grown my photography business, I rely on these amazing softwares to help everything run smoothly!
