When Leah reached out for a Post-Elopement Couples Shoot, I knew it was going to be a fun day. Leah and Ashley are childhood sweethearts. They’ve been together & thick as thieves for 10 years. They decided they wanted to fly to Las Vegas, and elope alone! They are the most laid-back couple, and they just wanted to have fun. Stamp of approval from this Las Vegas wedding photographer!!
They got married in a private ceremony at Chapel of Flowers, and then we met up on Fremont Street to Post-Elopement Couples Shoot together. Leah wanted casual, romantic vibes, and I think we got just that!
We wandered around Fremont and they got to soak up the whole experience of being newlyweds on the streets of Vegas. We get photos at all the iconic photos spots, and Leah even had a few props like sunglasses to bring along.
Next we went to The Linq to change shoes! And we got some sneaky casino shots while we were there! And they were just the cutest newlyweds next to the slot machines *insert heart eyes emoji*
We wrapped up their Post-Elopement couples shoot by getting some In-And-Out. And let me tell you… they made animal style look GOOD. These two newlyweds were the cutest couple ordering their burgers and fries, and enjoying some good food at a good time. Yes please.
After shooting together, and getting their photos back, they left me the KINDEST review!! I’m going to share it here too so you can read about the experience from their point of view:
Katelyn was amazing and SUPER talented, she really listened to what we wanted and captured us as a couple so perfectly. We wanted casual, fun photos and they’re just so perfect I can’t stop looking at them! Being from the UK we didn’t really know good locations but Katelyn suggested loads of fun cool spots around Fremont street and instructed us on poses. Thank you Katelyn for listening and making our elopement so special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a Vegas photographer.
