I had such a blast with Deanna and Tom at their Elvis Ceremony. It’s kind of hard not to have a great time when you’re hanging out with cool people in some pretty awesome locations.
Everyone that comes to Las Vegas to get married has a story about how they ended up there. Deanna and Tom are native New Yorkers who met in college in 2014. During a camping trip the summer after college graduation, they stopped in Nevada and joked about getting married in Vegas while they were there. A few cats and a Hawaii proposal later, and they stuck to their roots, deciding to elope in Las Vegas!
They eloped at A Little White Chapel in an iconic Vegas wedding, and then we headed to Fremont Street for portraits. You could not ask for a more quintessential Vegas experience. One thing that I really love as a Las Vegas elopement photographer is that things are usually pretty relaxed. I get to spend the day hanging out with couples as they explore the strip, and I document our incredible day together.
Elvis ceremonies are always a good time. I let couples know to just have fun with it, dance around (you can call it your first dance if you choose a slow song!), do some twirls, and just embrace the silliness of it all. Deanna and Tom did just that. They kept things loose, laughed a lot, and showed off some Elvis-worthy dance moves during their ceremony.
After the ceremony, we headed down to Fremont for some nightlife portraits. We hit all the attractions and iconic Vegas casinos for some stunning photos. Their wedding attire looked pretty spectacular under the bright lights of Las Vegas.
If you are looking for a fun and relaxed Elvis ceremony elopement, I would love to help you document your big day. We’ll dance, we’ll laugh, and we’ll take in the best Vegas has to offer. Reach out, and let’s start planning your elopement today!
