How to Elope at Sure Thing Chapel | Las Vegas Wedding Photographer

If you’re wondering how to elope at Sure Thing Chapel, I have good news for you: it’s actually pretty freaking easy. Sure Thing has perfected a seamless experience for all their couples, and as someone who photographs there all the time… I can tell you it really does make a difference in how you enjoy your day!

Sure Thing Chapel is right on Fremont Street and is basically everything you want from a Vegas wedding. It’s colorful! Quirky! Vintage! And completely unapologetic about being fun. (AKA my kind of venue!!) You can keep things simple or go all in with Elvis, a classic car, a burlesque show, or even Hellvis. Yep. Hellvis. This is Vegas, baby.

Okay how to elope at Sure Thing? Let’s get into it!

Start with your marriage license:

Before you head to the chapel, you’ll need to take care of your marriage license. You can apply online ahead of time through the Clark County Marriage License Bureau, which I highly recommend.

Once you have your paperwork, bring it with you on your wedding day. Sure Thing handles the filing for you, which makes the whole process one less thing to worry about.

Next? Pick your chapel! They have two!

Both their options are just a couple doors apart, and they’re both super cute!!

Last thing! Choose your package and make it weird:

This is where things get really fun.

Sure Thing has packages ranging from a simple ceremony to the full Vegas experience. You can add flowers, a classic car, a vintage photo booth experience, Elvis, Surely the Showgirl, Hellvis, burlesque, and more.

It makes it easy to figure out how to elope at Sure Thing without making it complicated

Once you’re booked, you’re basically ready to go. Show up about five minutes early with your marriage license and let the chapel team take it from there.

Then? Get married!!! And design whatever day you want after! Whether that’s getting matching tattoos or going to In-n-Out or taking photos in the desert.

Because that’s the best, BEST part of a Vegas wedding. You reallyyyy don’t have to follow the rules.

Rebels encouraged here 😉

And if how to get elope at Sure Thing has been sitting on your wedding planning list, consider this your sign to just go for it.

(And hey, if you need a Las Vegas wedding photographer who knows these venues like the back of her hand… you know where to find me!!)
