This playful elopement was just another piece of evidence that the best decision can be to just skip the stress, hop on a plane, and get married somewhere FUN. Adriana and Dorian did exactly that while Adriana was already on a work trip in Las Vegas. After dipping their toe in traditional wedding planning, they opted for a day that was fun, colorful, and completely for the two of them.
Honestly, it fit them perfectly.
A Sweet Ceremony at Sure Thing Too
Sure Thing Too is one of those places that instantly puts a smile on your face! I never get tired of photographing elopements here. The soft baby blue drapery, pink bows, and oversized heart backdrop feel really fun and playful, without trying too hard. Every little corner has personality, and it made the sweetest setting for Adriana and Dorian to exchange vows.
Their outfits matched the vibe so well.
Adriana wore a chic satin mini dress with a dramatic bow on the back, baby blue Mary Jane heels, a fingertip veil, and the cutest pink bouquet tied with blue ribbon.
Dorian was the visual anchor point in the photos in a black tuxedo with a crisp white boutonniere. They encapsulated that timeless Vegas flaire perfeeecctttllyyy.

After the ceremony, we wandered outside for portraits to keep the party going & the vibes high.
One of my favorite stops was the Travelers Motel sign. Between the retro architecture, all. the. colors. AND iconic vintage car… every photo looked straight out of an old movie imo! We also stopped by a classic corner market wall for a few simple portraits that let Adriana and Dorian’s personalities shine. They laughed the entire time, held hands between locations, and never took themselves too seriously. I mean, what more can a wedding photographer ask for!? We had so much fun!
Vegas Is Made for Days Like This
Adriana and Dorian reminded me yet again that your wedding day doesn’t have to follow anyone else’s rules. If a big wedding feels overwhelming, there is absolutely nothing wrong with ditching tradition. Make the day 100% about the two of you instead. Las Vegas makes that easy, especially when you lean into the city’s vibrant personality and have a little fun with it.
